Any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the United Kingdom, in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the the United Kingdom for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The arbitration shall be conducted by one (1) arbitrator to be appointed. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
